Step 1: Discover Your Ideal Vacation Home

Browse our handpicked collection of villas, beachfront apartments, mountain retreats, and countryside houses. Every listing comes with:

  • High-resolution photos of interiors and surroundings
  • Complete property descriptions (size, capacity, rooms, equipment)
  • Nearby attractions and activities
  • Real guest reviews and ratings

Whether you're traveling with your family, as a couple, or in a group, you’ll find a wide range of accommodations to suit your desires and budget.

Step 2: Fill Out the Reservation Form

Once you’ve chosen a property, you can proceed to reserve it by filling out the dedicated form located on the property page.

  • On desktop: the reservation form is located on the right-hand side of the page.
  • On mobile: the form is accessible by scrolling down the page after the property description.

Please ensure that all required fields are accurately completed, including the number of guests, your name, email, phone number, and preferred check-in and check-out dates. Once filled, click the “Reserve” button to submit your request.

Step 3: Reservation Review & Payment Information

After submission, our team will review your request. If your selected dates are available:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a unique invoice attached.
  • The invoice will include the total price and detailed payment instructions.
  • Payment methods include secure bank transfer or card payment (as specified).

If the dates are no longer available, you will be notified promptly, and alternative suggestions may be proposed.

Step 4: Receive Your Booking Confirmation

Once payment is received, your booking is officially confirmed. You’ll receive an updated invoice and all necessary travel documents and property access details. You can now prepare for a seamless and unforgettable experience in Croatia.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while protecting property owners.

  • 30+ days before arrival: Full refund
  • 14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund

Any cancellation request must be submitted by WhatsApp. Once the request is validated, you will receive a cancellation confirmation and refund (if eligible) within 7 business days.

What is included in the rental price?

The price displayed includes accommodation, all utilities (water, electricity, internet), cleaning fees, and any additional services indicated in the property description. There are no hidden fees.

Can I make changes to my reservation after booking?

Minor changes (such as guest number or arrival time) can be accommodated depending on availability. For date modifications or property changes, contact us directly on WhatsApp as early as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please refer to our cancellation policy outlined above. Depending on when you cancel, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. All cancellation requests must be made through WhatsApp to ensure traceability and a quick response.
