Cancellations are subject to the terms stated at booking. Unless otherwise noted, cancellations made 30+ days before arrival are eligible for a partial refund (excluding admin fees). Cancellations within 30 days are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply in force majeure cases.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

Hrvatska Booking shall not be held responsible for temporary website unavailability or any external content linked from the platform. Users access and use the site at their own risk.

Article 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These legal terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Split.
